Velvet and Acetate fairy layers birthday card

This is one of my latest  cut file purchases ..isn’t she cute.  I decided to go with a bold contrast look and  chose silver glitter for the card base, an acetate window and black velvet paper over 110lb card stock to create this cute card. The Fairy topper was cut on the Cricut Explore from a CraftsUPrint cut file.   The texture on this card is quite cool…. smooth acetate, fine textured glitter  card and then the lush velvet… makes for a great tactile card.

  • That is very beautiful! Such an intricate cut!

    • Thank you .. I love the cut files on CraftsUPrint, there are so many great designers on there and it’s a great way to get fun and funky card base templates instead of always having a single fold card or having to take time out to design your own. I have a bunch of new ones to make up this coming week or so.. and there are a couple in particular that really caught my eye.. can’t wait to do those 🙂
