I got my first Cricut to make headings for my scrapbook pages but always had trouble with anything else I tried to cut. I later bought the Expression, but about the same time I bought a used Gypsy from a girl who was getting divorced. Except for the eye strain, I loved using it. Now I have cartriadges hooked to it that I can't use because it's not in my name.
Now I have the Explore and look forward to learning how to use it to it's fullest advantage!!!!
Have you tried contacting Cricut to see if they will link them for you.. I think I read somewhere that if you buy a machine used with cartridges..as long as you have both machine and cartridges they will fix that for you?? worth at least asking maybe
